  • There are no hidden charges or purchase obligations.

  • You are free to order what you want, when you want to.

  • All prices are displayed clearly, and all costs will be visible at checkout before confirming your order.

1.3 Credit Card Security

2. DELIVERY POLICY

2.1 Delivery Requirements

  • Please ensure that you provide a valid physical delivery address and contact number during checkout.

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours.

  • A physical address is required — P.O. Boxes are not accepted.

  • Someone must be available at the address to receive the parcel.

2.2 Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days, depending on location and courier.

  • Smellgrance takes full responsibility for your parcel up to the point of delivery.

  • If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we will replace the affected items at no cost to you.

2.3 Delivery Options

PostNet Counter-to-Counter Delivery:

  • Nationwide delivery through PostNet Courier Network.

  • Over 500 PostNet locations across South Africa.

  • Online parcel tracking available.

  • Receive an SMS notification once your parcel is ready for collection.

  • Delivery time: 2–3 working days.

  • Standard rate applies up to 5kg; R25.00 per additional kilogram thereafter.

Courier (Door-to-Door) Delivery:

  • A physical address is required.

  • Deliveries made during business hours, Monday to Friday.

  • Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the parcel.

3. RETURN POLICY

At Smellgrance.com, your satisfaction is important to us.
If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 calendar days of receipt for a refund or replacement.

3.1 General Return Conditions

  • Most items purchased from Smellgrance.com are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

  • Returned products must be in mint condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be received within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items that cannot be resold (due to use or damage) will not be accepted.

  • Please contact us before returning any item if you are unsure of its eligibility.

  • Ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.

  • Smellgrance.com is not responsible for damage that occurs before the return item reaches us, including damage caused by third parties.

3.2 Change of Mind

  • If you have changed your mind or no longer want the product, you may return it within 14 days.

  • Upon receiving the item in mint, resellable condition, we will issue either a refund or replacement.

3.3 Products Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products.

  • Items not in mint, resellable condition.

  • Products missing their original packaging.

3.4 Damaged Items

  • Do not accept any parcel showing visible signs of damage on delivery.

  • If you receive a damaged parcel, ensure this is noted on the courier waybill before signing.

  • If someone else receives the parcel and it arrives damaged, please notify us immediately.

  • Once the item is returned and inspected, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

3.5 Incorrect Item Received

  • If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will verify the order and correct the issue.

  • A refund or replacement will be provided for the correct item.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be processed after the incorrect item has been returned.

3.6 How to Initiate a Return

  2. Package the product securely in its original packaging.

  3. Return the item via a reliable courier service to the address provided by our support team.

  4. Once received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed according to our policy.


4. REFUND PROCESSING

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
